Alpine Village is a two-story building with 29 rooms. Located in beautiful Deep Creek Lake. Whether you are looking for a fun family vacation or a nice romantic retreat, Alpine Village is the place to stay.

General

• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
• For the safety and protection of all Alpine Village guests, the fireplaces in the fireplace rooms can burn only processed fire logs. These are available at the front office for a nominal charge.
• We do not provide beach or pool towels.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Pets are allowed in designated rooms. The price for each pet per night will be $20. We have a limited number of rooms which pets are allowed, so please be sure and let us know if you plan to bring your pet so we may reserve the appropriate room, otherwise if you arrive and we do not have a pet room, we will not be able to allow the pet to stay.
• There is a $10.00 lost key fee.
• If the room or contents of the room are left unacceptable to management, there will be a $25.00 cleaning fee assessed.

• There is no distinction between adults and children with regard to rates at Alpine Village.
• Minimum stay is subject to change on holidays, festival weekends and the summer season.
• Taxes and gratuities are not included in the rates on this website.
• Inquire about "special rates, weekly rates, and long-term rates".

• In the event of a cancellation, one-half of your deposit will be refunded if Alpine Village is notified 15 days in advance. If Alpine Village is notified less than 15 days before the beginning of your stay, the full deposit is forfeited.
• With all guaranteed reservations, both the customer and Alpine Village guarantee the length of stay, number and types of accommodations reserved.
• Payment cannot be refunded on early departures, and your confirmed reservation deposit cannot be applied to another date. Payment of rent due on arrival, unless specified in advance by management.
• Weekly reservations require two nights' deposit. We require a deposit, by cash, check or money order on all guaranteed reservations during High Season and Summer..
